On Friday, the Chicago Bears and Carolina Panthers agreed to a blockbuster that sent the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft from Chicago to Carolina. In doing so, the Bears picked up a ton of draft capital for this year and next, and they also acquired something they never really had before: a true No. 1 wideout. D.J. Moore spent the first five seasons of his career catching passes from the likes of Sam Darnold, Kyle Allen and Teddy Bridgewater, just to name a few, but despite all the turnover under center, Moore has established himself as one of the better wideouts in the NFL. Becuase of this, he was someone Bears GM Ryan Poles insisted be included in the deal, instead of a 2025 first-round selection. Poles got his man, and now, he hopes Moore and QB Justin Fields can make beautiful music together in the Windy City for the next decade-plus.
Which brings us to today’s quiz of the day. How badly do the Bears need a franchise receiver? Through five seasons, Moore has 5,201 career receiving yards, fourth all time in Carolina. That number would rank Moore first in Chicago. With that in mind, how many of the career leaders in receiving yards for every NFL franchise can you name in five minutes?
